On December 23rd in Shkodra, at the University Luigj Gurakuqi was held the meeting of the project MARDS (MARDS – Reforming doctoral studies in Montenegro and Albania) organized and coordinated by the project coordinator Prof. Radovan Stojanovic. He participated with two other collaborators from Podgorica. From the University of Shkodra received Prof. Arjeta Troshani together with the dean, deputy dean and some other members from the faculty of economics. Prof. from the Metropolitan University of Tirana participated Prof. Dr. Betim Çiço and Dr. Elton Domnori. The meeting took place in a transparent atmosphere and respect from all members.
